Surface Cleaner for Concrete, Soft Wash for Wood
Concrete can handle real pressure, which makes pressure washing the right choice for patios, pavers and walkways. We use a surface cleaner for an even finish with no stripes, and it clears growth out of joints and expansion gaps. Older or crumbling concrete needs a lighter touch, so we adjust to the condition of the surface. Wood decks are easy to scar with a narrow, high-pressure tip, so we soft wash them with a cleaning solution and a gentle rinse.
Some stains, such as old oil spots or rust, soak deep into concrete. These can often be lightened considerably, but they may not disappear entirely. We’ll tell you what to expect before we start.
