What We Clean

Concrete dumpster pads: grease, grime, spills and stains under and around the bins.
Enclosure walls and gates: the splashes and buildup that collect inside and outside the enclosure.
The approach and nearby concrete: where drips and debris spread from the bins.

This is a hard-surface, exterior service: concrete pads, enclosures and surrounding paving.

Who We Work With

Restaurants

Restaurant pads collect grease and food waste quickly. Regular cleaning helps cut odors and keeps the back of house looking cared for.

Retail Centers and Storefronts

Shared dumpster areas at shopping centers and commercial buildings stay cleaner on a set schedule.

Apartment Communities and Property Managers

Busy residential trash areas get messy fast. For apartments we stick to hard surfaces: dumpster pads, enclosures and nearby concrete.

Odor and Stain Removal

Most dumpster odor comes from residue soaked into and sitting on the concrete. Pressure washing removes that buildup and lifts much of the staining. Older, deep stains may lighten rather than disappear, and Dakota will tell you up front what to expect.

Regular Cleaning Schedules

A one-time cleaning helps, but dumpster pads get dirty again quickly. For most commercial sites, a recurring contract makes more sense. We’ll recommend a schedule based on how busy your site is, and we can work early or after hours to stay out of the way of customers, tenants and trash pickup.

Service Area

We serve Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield and the rest of Clark County, WA. See our commercial pressure washing and soft washing page for the other commercial work we do.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should a dumpster pad be cleaned?

It depends on how much use the area gets. Busy restaurant pads usually need more frequent cleaning than an apartment trash area. We’ll recommend a schedule with your free estimate.

Do you offer recurring service contracts?

Yes. Dumpster pads get dirty again quickly, so we set up a regular cleaning schedule that fits your property and pickup days.

Will cleaning get rid of the smell and stains?

Pressure washing removes the grease, food waste and grime that cause most of the odor, and lifts a lot of staining. Heavily stained concrete may lighten rather than disappear completely, and Dakota will tell you what to expect.

Which areas do you serve?

Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield and the rest of Clark County, WA.
