Our Pressure Washing & Soft Wash Equipment

At Mountain View Pressure Washing And Softwash, owner Dakota Grindland brings this setup to homes across Clark County. Here’s a look at the actual setup we bring to driveways, roofs, gutters and homes. Dakota brings this same setup to homes across Clark County, WA, from Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Felida, Lake Shore and Salmon Creek to Battle Ground, Brush Prairie, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield and La Center.

Our equipment covers both methods: pressure for concrete such as driveways, patios and walkways, and a low-pressure soft wash for siding, roofs and wood fences. For apartments and commercial properties we clean hard surfaces only.

Everything rides on one trailer: water tanks, hose reels and the engine that powers it. It’s professional-grade equipment and solutions, all in one setup that Dakota brings right to your property.

The trailer carries separate tanks and reels, so Dakota keeps a roof wash solution and a house wash solution as separate mixes. Roofs and siding need different treatment, and each one gets its own mix. Learn more about roof washing in Vancouver, WA and house soft washing in Vancouver, WA.

For flat concrete, we use a surface cleaner instead of a single wand. It covers the driveway in even passes, so you get a uniform clean without streaks. See our driveway cleaning in Vancouver, WA.

Used on an extension pole, a soft-bristle brush gently loosens stubborn moss and buildup before rinsing, without damaging shingles or other surfaces.

A long, low-pressure wand sprays cleaning solution onto roofs and siding from a safe distance, so no high pressure hits the shingles.

The hoses run out from the trailer to the house, so we can reach every side of the home without moving the rig.
